What is my remote banking username and password?

By default, the username is the number of the document given in Banco Sabadell. It can be your national Identity Card, Passport, NIE or Residence Card number.

Bear in mind that:
• If you log in as a consultative user, you must enter the username assigned to you by the remote banking holder.
• If you log in with CAL, the user is the company's VAT number.
• If you log in with a secondary card, the user is the 9-digit number on the coordinate card.

If you have forgotten your password or your access to remote banking has been locked, click on "Having problems entering?" on the welcome screen to recover your password or unlock your username.

In order to reset access to your online banking, you need to have at hand:
• Your national Identity Card or NIE (with the letter at the end)
• Your Banco Sabadell credit or debit card
• Your account number (IBAN) if you don't have a card
