How do I update my DNI/NIE number?

To update your National Identity Card (DNI) or Foreign Resident Identity Card (NIE), follow these steps:

   1. Access your remote banking for private customers.
   2. Go to the drop-down menu located next to your name .
   3. Select "My Profile".
   4. Click on "DNI Pending".
