If you are having problems with your card at an ATM, you can carry out the following checks:
• Check that you have not exceeded the daily limit for cash withdrawals at ATMs. You can consult and modify the operating limits of your card from the menu > Cards, select the card and click on "Settings".
• Check that your card has not expired. Remember that it will be active until the last day of the month of its expiry date.
• If you cannot insert the card into the card module slot, check if the lights on the card module show it is operational. You can also use the ATM's contactless reader, which you can recognise by the symbol . Just hold your contactless card up to the reader and you can perform the transaction of your choice.
• If you are abroad, you must activate your card's permission to pay from abroad. You can activate or deactivate purchases abroad on your cards from the menu > Cards, select the card and click on “Settings”.
