To cancel a debit card contract, you must first check that you have no outstanding transactions to confirm. You can do this from the "Cards" section, select the card and review the transactions.
If there are pending transactions, you will need to wait a few days until these transactions are confirmed, otherwise the contract cannot be cancelled.
If you meet all the above requirements and wish to complete the process, log into your online banking, open a chat with our Virtual Assistant and indicate "cancel debit card contract".
