Why can't I make purchases abroad?

If you are operating with your card abroad, bear in mind that Banco Sabadell cards can operate normally from any country in the world. However, it is recommended that you activate the "Purchases abroad" option that appears in the menu > Cards > Settings > Limits and uses. This will also allow you to pay in countries where magnetic stripe payments are still used.

Also, please note that sometimes, when you make some unusual transactions (such as certain payments abroad), your card may be automatically blocked for security reasons due to the anti-fraud policy. You will then receive a notification with instructions on how to reactivate it.
