If you are able to log in to your remote banking from the app, but are having issues logging in from the website or from another device, you can recover your password or unlock your username by clicking on the "Log in as a Company" option. If you usually log in with your fingerprint or Face ID, you will have to skip this validation this time by clicking on "Cancel." Then click on "I can't log in" and follow the steps that will be displayed.
If you need to change your online banking password, go to the menu and select Profile and settings > Security and Privacity > Change password.
Remember that, for security reasons, the online banking password cannot be checked.
