If you are able to log in to your remote banking from the website, but are having issues logging in from the app or from another device, you can recover your password or unlock your user. To do so, click on the link "Having problems entering?" which you can find by clicking on the "Log in" button on the home screen and selecting the companies tab.
If you need to change your online banking password for security reasons, open the drop-down menu located in the avatar with the initial of your name and select Profile > Password change.
Remember that the online banking password cannot be checked for security reasons.
