If you are able to log in to your remote banking from the website, but are having issues logging in from the app or from another device, you can recover your password or unlock your user. To do so, click on the link "Can't log in?" which you will find by clicking on the "Log in" button on the home screen.
If you need to change your online banking password for security reasons, click on the drop-down menu next to your name in the top right corner of the screen. From the menu, select «My Profile» > Settings > Change Password.
Remember that the online banking password cannot be checked for security reasons.
