You can only make an appointment with your branch by accessing your remote banking from the app or the website.
If you have forgotten your password or your user has been blocked, you can recover your password or unlock your user by clicking on the "Log in as a company" option. If you usually log in with your fingerprint or FaceID, you will have to skip this validation by clicking on "Cancel". Then, click on the link "I cannot access" and follow the steps that will be indicated.
