If you have requested a cashier's appointment, when you complete the request you will see a message on the screen informing you that the appointment has been confirmed. You will also receive an email with an appointment summary.
If you have requested an appointment with a manager, upon completing the request you will see a message confirming that the appointment has been created successfully. Subsequently, when the appointment has been accepted by the manager, you will receive an email with the confirmation.
Remember that you can check the status and details of a previous appointment from the "Home" menu > View your appointments.
