If you have requested a cashier's appointment, please note that the appointment is automatically confirmed when the request is finalised.
If you have requested a commercial appointment, the appointment will be confirmed once availability has been checked. If there is availability, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you have not received a confirmation reply and there is less than 48 hours left to go for the date of your appointment, you need to book a new appointment.
Remember that you can check the status of your appointments in the "Schedule" section of the appointment application.
