To cancel a debit card contract, you must first check that you have no outstanding transactions to confirm. You can do this from the menu  > Cards, select the card and check the transactions.

If there are pending transactions, you will need to wait a few days until these transactions are confirmed, otherwise the contract cannot be cancelled.
