To cancel a debit card contract, you must first check that you have no outstanding transactions to confirm. You can do this from Daily Transactions > Cards > Balances and movements, select the card and review the transactions.
If there are pending transactions, you will need to wait a few days until these transactions are confirmed, otherwise the contract cannot be cancelled.
To complete the process you need the support of an agent. Remember that it is essential that you first check whether you meet all the above requirements or the agent will not be able to help you.
