The cancellation of a credit card contract requires that all credit is available and that there are no outstanding transactions to be confirmed. You can make these checks from Daily Transactions > Cards > Balances and movements. If there is a spent balance, remember that you can always make a repayment, which allows you to continue with the cancellation process. To do this, go to the "Daily Transactions" section > Cards > Transfers > Transfer from account to card and follow the steps.
Only if you have no outstanding transactions and have the full balance available can you block your cards associated with that credit agreement and request the definitive cancellation of the contract.
Remember that it is essential that you first check whether you meet all the above requirements or the agent will not be able to help you.
