Why am I getting error Z14768?

If you get error Z14768, it is possible that you have a withheld balance and therefore do not have sufficient balance available in your account to carry out the transaction. You can check the balance of your account by selecting it and clicking on the information icon , where you can see the available balance or if you have a balance withheld.
