Why am I getting error Z14768?

If you get error Z14768, it is possible that you have a withheld balance and therefore do not have sufficient balance available in your account to carry out the transaction. You can check your account balance from Daily Operations menu > Accounts > Balances and movements, where you can see the available balance or if you have withheld balance.
