AV - What happens if I send a Bizum to the wrong person?

Transactions made through Bizum cannot be canceled.

If you wish, Banco Sabadell can request the reversal of a payment; however, the refund will be subject to the beneficiary's approval. The response time for these such requests is 15 days. If you do not receive the Bizum payment in your account within this period, it is because the reversal request has been rejected.
