If your card isn’t working and you are unable to make a payment in a shop, please check the following:
• Confirm that you have sufficient funds available in the linked account from the Daily Operations menu > Accounts > Balances and movements or credit from Daily Transactions > Cards > Balances and movements, depending on the card you are using.
• Check that your card has not expired. Remember that it will be active until the last day of the month of its expiry date.
