Why can't I pay with my card in a shop?

If your card isn’t working and you are unable to make a payment in a shop, please check the following:

• Confirm that you have sufficient funds available in the linked account from the Banco Sabadell app. By selecting the desired account and clicking on the information icon or credit from the menu icon and selecting "Cards", depending on the card you are using.
• Check that your card has not expired. Remember that it will be active until the last day of the month of its expiry date.
