Do I have to activate my virtual card?

If the "Cards" section of the app indicates that the card is "virtual", your card is already activated and you can:

• Buy from secure e-commerce merchants.
• Link it to the wallet of your mobile device (Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay) to pay in physical shops or make withdrawals of up to €80 from our ATM network.
• Use the Instant Money service, where you can authorise someone to withdraw money from our ATM network.

If you need to, you can view all the details of your virtual card (full numbering, expiry and CVV, also known as CVV2) from the app in the menu > Cards, select the card and click on "View details".

Remember that if your virtual card is associated with a physical card, you must activate the physical card once you have received it at home.
