If you are having trouble making a transfer, check that your Digital Signature is activated and that you are signing the transaction correctly.
To sign, you will receive the signature key in the Banco Sabadell app.
If this password is not displayed when logging in on the app, follow these steps:
1. Go to the main menu .
2. Select Profile & Settings > Security & Privacy.
3. Click on Digital signature.
Remember that if your account has a joint signature or signature formula, all parties to the account or formula must sign the transfer.
