AV - Transfer error - transfer

If you have problems making a transfer between accounts, check that you are the account holder on both accounts. Otherwise, even if the destination account is a Banco Sabadell account, you must make a transfer and not an internal transfer.

If you are trying to make a transfer between your Sabadell Savings Account and the linked account, remember to do it from the menu > Savings - Investment > Sabadell Savings, scroll to "Boost your savings" and click on the double blue arrow to change the direction of the transfer. Then enter the amount (maximum €1,000), click on "Move money" and sign the operation. Also, bear in mind that if it is an amount greater than 1,000 € you must do it from the web. To do this, go to the menu "Accounts" > Transfers > National transfers and transfers in euros. When you select your savings account, the linked account will be defined by default as the destination account. Then fill in the amount, the concept and sign the transaction.
