If you are logged in as a business customer and you cannot upload documents in your Shared Documents section, please check that you are logged in as a business customer:
This function is NOT AVAILABLE in the app.
• You have a pending request for documentation in your Shared Documents section (you can only respond to pending requests).
• The file does not exceed 20Mbs.
• The file has one of the following supported formats: PDF, TXT, JPG, BMP or PNG.
Remember that, if the documents relate to a mortgage application, they must be made available from the mortgage guidance platform via the login provided to you when you perform the mortgage simulation.
