If after 7 days you have not received any feedback from the business or service provider, you can start the claim back charge process via app.
In order to do that, access remote banking from the app, click on the menu > Cards. Select the card, click on the payment note and click on "Claim charge". Then mark the appropriate options in the claim details and sign it.
Remember that if the charge detail shows "payment not confirmed", you will not be able to claim it at that time. You will have to wait about five days for the payment to be completed.
