What is the date my account was opened?

You can find out when your account was opened by checking the date the agreement was signed. To do so, go to the drop-down menu on the avatar with the initial of your name and select Digital documentation > All my documents. Next, you need to look for the account contract or the “OnboardingDG” document, where you can check if the status is "Signed" and the date of signature.
