If you get the error Z73286, you are probably trying to change some of the settings of a card that has not yet been activated. In this case, if you have already received the card, you must activate it by making any operation (balance enquiry, withdrawal, deposit, etc.) at one of our ATMs or making a purchase in a physical shop, where you must insert the card and enter the PIN.
