If you enter your PIN incorrectly several times in a shop, the card will be blocked for your security. You can reactivate the card by performing any transaction at an ATM, providing the correct PIN number. If you don't remember it, you can check it by going to Daily Operations > Cards > See all > Secret number (PIN) recovery.
If your card has been blocked because you have used up all the PIN attempts at an ATM, you must make an appointment with a branch by clicking here.
