Why does error Z14211 appear?

If you get error Z14211 when you try to pay with your card, we recommend checking the following:

- Check that there is sufficient balance in your account.
- Make sure that the card is not disabled or blocked.
- If it is a new or renewed card, wait until you receive the physical card at home before manually entering the card details.
