How to update your renewed card in your digital wallet?

If you have a card added to a digital wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay), please wait until you receive the new physical card before activating iton the app. Remember that you will receive the new card at your home address before your current card expires.

To activate the new card, you will need the CVV (also called CVV2) that is on the back of the card. Once activated, it will be automatically updated in your wallet.

Remember that you can also activate your physical card by carrying out any operation (balance enquiry, withdrawal, deposit, etc.) at one of our ATMs or by making a purchase in a physical shop, where you will need to insert the card and enter the PIN.
