During the process of activating the digital signature, the coordinates card appears on the mobile phone screen. To complete the operation, you must locate the coordinate you have received in a message on the card shown on the screen. Then enter it in the relevant field using the numeric keypad.
Please note that you will receive the message with the coordinates on the mobile phone linked to your remote banking.
If you receive a warning with a coordinate and you are not performing any operation, you should ignore the warning and change your remote banking login password in the menu > Profile and Settings > Security and Privacy > Change password. Remember that it has to be 8 digits long.
