In line with our commitment to sustainability, from 01/10/2024, communications associated with your accounts will start to be made digitally through the Remote Banking service. You can view them directly from the menu > Digital documentation > Correspondence.
If you prefer to change your correspondence from paper to digital, you can make this change from the website by accessing the drop-down menu located in the avatar with the initial of your name > My profile > Settings > Select channel for receiving correspondence.
