Your card may be blocked for various reasons.
If your card expires and you do not activate the renewal when you receive it at home, the card will be automatically blocked after 90 days. In that case, you may need to apply for a new card. To do it, access the menu > Cards, scroll to the bottom and click on “Request your new card online”.
You can also check if you have not yet signed the card contract by going to menu > Your messages > Check your documents > Digital documentation.
