How do you remove the red dot from your correspondence?

If you have any important messages yet to be read, we will indicate this with a red dot in the main menu and in your correspondence section.

For the warning (red dot) to disappear, you have to read all the documents in your correspondence that have the highlighted symbol . To do so, open the drop-down menu below your name and click on Correspondence. Then, under "All filters" , apply the filter Document > Featured and view all documents waiting to be read.

If you want to mark all highlighted documents as read in bulk, you can select all documents and click on "Mark as read".
