What is a Pre-approved Loan?

A pre-approved loan is a loan aimed at customers who, due to the length of time they have been customers of the Bank and their behaviour, allow us to offer a pre-authorised limit without the need to provide additional documentation.

It can be contracted online without having to go to the branch and in a few simple steps. To do this, go to the main menu Financing > Pre-approved Loan.

If there is a pre-approved loan available for you, this option will appear and you will be able to choose the amount and repayment instalment you prefer. Then click on “Review details” to review all the information and sign to complete the process.

Please note that if we inform you at the end of the pre-approved loan application process that the application has been successfully submitted, it can sometimes take 24-48 working hours for the contract to be generated.
