How to apply for financing for small expenses?

If you need financing to cover small expenses:  

• Check if you have a pre-approved loan from the menu > "Financing". If this option appears, select the pre-approved loan and choose the amount and instalment you prefer. Then click on “Review details” to review all the information and sign to complete the process.

• If you do not have a pre-approved loan, access the website with your username and go to the menu Financing > Request Financing. Next, select the product, fill out the form data and attach the required documentation. In order to finish the process, click on "Confirm".

• You can also request a credit card from menu > Cards, scroll to the end and click “Request your new card online”. Next, choose the one that best suits your needs and click “Request”.
