How can I check my paid subscriptions with Bizum?

To check your online subscriptions paid with Bizum go to the main menu > Bizum > Subscription payments.

From here you can view the details and cancel the payment order of a subscription. To do so, select the subscription and click on "Cancel future payments". In addition, if the subscription states "pending payment", check that there are sufficient funds in your account to make the payment.

Remember that if you want to cancel your subscription, reactivate a subscription or if you need information on when a pending payment will be reattempted, you should contact the service provider.
