If you need to update documentation to prove your identity, professional activity or economic income, keep in mind that you can do so as explained as follows:
- You can update your DNI/TIE here.
- To update your passport or foreign ID card, you can make an appointment to go to your branch or call us on 900 82 29 42 (from Spain) or +34 965 000 375 (from abroad).
- You can provide documentation about your professional activity or income through our website. This function is not available in the app. To do so, log in to your remote banking and click on the drop-down menu next to your name. Then select Digital Documentation > Shared Documents. Remember that the documentation must be in PDF, TXT, JPG, BMP or PNG format and the file cannot exceed 20Mb.
