AV - Internet card error in unsecured stores

In order to make online purchases in e-commerce stores where you are not asked to confirm your transaction with the Digital Signature of the Banco Sabadell app, you must have previously activated the physical card by carrying out a transaction at a cash machine or in a physical store, inserting the card and entering the pin number.

Without card activation, some online purchases may be declined for security reasons.

Make sure that the card you are shopping with has the payment permission to make online purchases activated. You can activate or deactivate online purchases on your cards from the menu > Cards. Then select the card and click "Settings" > Online Purchases.
