To fully activate any card, you can perform a transaction at an ATM or store; in this case, remember that it is necessary to insert it and enter the PIN.

To find out the PIN of your card, go to the menu Cards > Card Management > PIN Recovery. Remember that you will have a period of three months to activate the physical card.

To know if you can use your card before activating the physical card, check in the “Cards” section of the app if it says “virtual”.
