If you need a different certificate from the ones we show you, follow these steps:

   1. Log in to your online banking.
   2. Open the Virtual Assistant.
   3. Type: “I want to request a certificate”.
   4. When the Virtual Assistant asks you what type of certificate you need, select ‘Other’. An account manager will help you obtain the certificate you need.
