What should I do if I cannot download a certificate?

If downloading your certificate did not work on the website, try downloading it from the app. To do so, follow these steps:

   1. Access your remote banking on the app.
   2. Go to the Accounts menu.
   3. Click on Certificates and Request certificates.
   4. Choose the type of certificate you need.
   5. Sign and download the certificate.
