The cancellation of a credit card contract requires that all credit is available and that there are no outstanding transactions to be confirmed. You can make these checks from the "Cards" section.

If you meet all the above requirements and wish to complete the process, log into your online banking, open a chat with our Virtual Assistant and indicate "cancel credit card contract".
