Where and when will I receive my new card?

If you signed up for a new card, you should receive it within approx. 15 days at the address you gave us when you applied for it.
Remember that while you are waiting for your physical card, if the “Cards” section of the app says that the card is “virtual”, you can then:

• Shop at secure online stores that ask for payment verification within our app.
• Link it to the wallet of your mobile device (Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay) to pay in physical shops or make withdrawals from our ATM network.
• Use the Instant Money service.
