What do I do if I get an error when I try to block the payment of a direct debit bill?

If you have not been able to finalise the blocking of the payment of a direct debit bill: 

1. Check if the bill is already blocked by checking that the direct debit status is "do not pay". You can do so at the following link: View direct debits.
2. If the status is still "pay", please try to block the direct debit from your remote banking on the website.
