Where do I check the IBAN?

You can see the IBAN of your accounts from the home screen. This information is displayed below each account’s name.

If what you need is a document with the IBAN and your name, go to the Accounts menu > Certificates > Certificate request, select "Certificate of ownership" and follow the steps.

Remember that only your name will appear on the document as the certified account holder. If the account has more than one account holder and you want a certificate showing the name of another account holder, several account holders or if you are authorised to hold the account, you must request the certificate at a branch. To do so, make an appointment.
