To make an appointment with your branch, access your online banking and go to the 'Home' menu and select 'Make an appointment'. Then, select the procedure you need to do, fill in all the fields and you will be assigned a cashier's appointment or an appointment with a manager. Finally, select the day and time of your choice and confirm your appointment.
