How do I activate Digital Signature on my new mobile device?

You must activate the Digital Signature system from your new phone. To do so, download the app in the new terminal, identify yourself as you normally do and follow the instructions to activate your Digital Signature. We will send an SMS to your phone number so that you can confirm your change by entering the corresponding code of the virtual coordinate card that will appear on the screen. If you have changed your phone number, you must go to a branch in person.
