How can I check or change my remote banking password?

For security reasons, the online banking password cannot be consulted.

If you know your online banking password but wish to change it, go to "Services" > Administration > User administration > Password > Change password. Remember that it must be 8 digits long.

If you have forgotten your password or your user has been locked, go to our website and click on "Having problems entering?" on the welcome screen to recover your password or unlock your user.
