If you cannot log in, check that you are entering your username and password correctly. Check whether you are logging in from the appropriate access: Personal or Companies.
If you have forgotten your password or your user has been blocked, click on the link "Having problems entering?" which you will find by clicking on the "Access" button on the home screen and selecting the companies tab.
Remember to re-establish access to your online banking, you need to have at hand:
• Your DNI (National ID number) or NIE (Foreign ID number) (with letter).
• Your Banco Sabadell credit or debit card.
If you have no access to this information, you should go to your nearest office.
