If you do not recognise a transaction made with your card, you can look up more information about it in the "Cards" section. Select the desired card and click "OK" to see all its activity.
To claim back a payment made with your card, access your online banking from the app and go to the section to check your card activity. Then select the payment item and click on "Claim back charge". All you have to do is mark the appropriate options in the claim details and sign the claim.
Remember that you will only be able to claim back a charge if its details do not indicate it is an "unconfirmed payment".
